This report details how siblings retained an unverified attorney who misrepresented credentials and drafted documents designed to transfer fiduciary control. Evidence includes emails and draft agreements showing intent to override decision-making autonomy in violation of Minn. Stat. § 626.557 and ADA protections.

I was charled legal fees by the HOA attorney for working with this attorney even though I never engaged him. the association attorney never asked me if he was my attorney, either. Multiple efforts to obtain a copy of the supposed letter from the unethical attorney, Lemmons, have never resulted in a copy. Two attempts to get my complete file as required by law from Lemmons do not include that letter. Each request resulting in different documents among the file.
