Whomever opened the door says nothing. The security guard did not call myu phone to say anyone was on the way up. I though I had locked the door in the previous video when the police left, as I can click the lock from the inside. Very weird, but perhaps ambulance, given the blue light flashes, came but did not enter? Why would they not call or yell out?
